Really cute boutique hotel in a fantastic central location, with very short walk to centre of town. Loved all the little additions, including complimentary happy hour in front of the fire. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Beautiful comfortable rooms. The staff are really helpful, friendly & the happy hour next to the fire is a great way to unwind after skiing. Hotel is in the middle of the city near everything. Lots of skii/hiking shops, a vast array of restaurants, cafes & pubs.

Great location - just a street away from all the main hub by the lake side I have stayed at the Central hotel by the same group in my same trip, I think this one the location is even more central Clean room, love the amenities and the complimentary snacks Great service, the staff have been very helpful However, beware if you are staying at rooms close by the street - the noise from pedestrians passing by talking and the rubbish truck coming by at three in the morning was not nice

If you want more than just a bed and a hot shower then the “ The Dairy “ delivers over and above . The staff at The Dairy are their greatest asset . Never in all our years of staying at Hotels have we ever experienced a place that felt like home . Warm , inviting , comfortable … I cannot speak more highly of the service we received on our weeklong Wedding Anniversary stay . Every afternoon a free in house happy hour is catered for , with beer , wine and savories around a fire was the best . It made for such a relaxed environment meeting and making new friends was so easy . A free continental breakfast is a great start to the day plus a confectionary bar for your day trip sugar rush should you need it . Being winter our room was warm , bed was very comfortable and the panoramic views were just stunning . Really if you wanted to fault this Hotel look very hard , because as a tough critic it’s hard to pick on anything , but I will . The old brown arm chair with the hole in the armrest in the main sitting room has served it time and needs replacing ! Thats it … picky I now but it stands out like a red pimple on the end of your nose . Our departure plane flight was very early AM , minus 3 * C at 6 am as we loaded up our hire car to head to the airport . The duty manager approached me to help cary our suitcases to the carpark ! That is the type of service you will receive if you choose to stay at “ The Dairy “ Thank you all for going above and beyond .
