We recently stayed at Scenic Suites Queenstown for a holiday and had a wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff were friendly and made us feel welcome. Our room was very comfortable and surprisingly quiet, which made for a relaxing stay. We especially enjoyed the beautiful view of the snow-capped mountains right from our window. We found the location very convenient for getting in and out, whether we were heading into town or exploring further afield. While the underground parking was often full, we never had an issue finding a space on the street nearby, which was a great alternative. Overall, it was a fantastic, stress-free holiday. We'd happily stay here again on our next trip to Queenstown

did advise when i booked that it was a special occasion as turned 70 and look after me,but apon arrival know ecknowledge of my birthday day so did ask and we got a drink shouted with our meal also had asked for late check out when booked but was advised ask at hotel then told ask on last day and was refused late check out,only wanted 1 hour,staff on reception look like they just got out of school,to young and not exspeienced enough,we have stayed in 5 star hotels around the world and they look after their elders,very disappointing,staff in restaurant very good,

Our room was beautiful but obviously smokers had been it. Smell was so strong and we are not smokers. Everytime I book a property I’m going ask for it to be a non smokers room.it was so strong. House keeping must of known very strong smelling. Other than this the property was great.

The 1 bedroom suite and full kitchen we had was luxurious! Balcony, spacious, very comfortabke bed. Easy walking to shopping area and lakefront. It is uphill back up to the Suites. Highly recommend.
