The room was spacious and clean but during the night we had a significant water leak through the ceiling and outside wall leading to dripping water down the windows and onto the nearest bed. As this happened in the middle of the night the reception was closed and no one answered the emergency phone line. We spent the night holding towels up to stop the water. The room amenities were ok, breakfast was pretty basic.

Very young crowd. Very loud around 10pm and very loud and obnoxious drunk kids coming in after bar hours. Very close to shopping areas made for low cost UBER rides. Wish they. had more variety for breakfast.

Perfect Affordable Accommodation

This was the perfect accommodation for out trip to queenstown for the marathon! Great service, comfortable and tidy room with an ensuite was all we needed and well priced for queenstown! Easy walk into town also.
