Relaxing short stay in a beautiful area of New Zealand - the room was clean and spacious, staff were relatively friendly and helpful. It was a short walk from the rooms to the main reception area and restaurant for breakfast, which was delicious. Would've been nice to have some sheer curtains or blinds to be able to let some natural light in without people being able to look in from the outside, but overall we had an enjoyable stay and hope to return again.

What a fabulous resort! We were lucky enough to be staying in a one bedroom suite that was beautifully furnished and immaculate throughout, in fact so lovely that it was difficult to go exploring each day I would have happily curled up in front of the fireplace and read my book for 2 days with the occassional stroll around the amazing facilities! The resort facilities are immaculate, with a shuttle running into Arrowtown or Queenstown every hour. We are already planning our return stay.

We loved our stay at Millbrook in Arrowtown! The two-bedroom unit was perfect for four of us for a long weekend of trail riding. The accommodation was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully presented, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The grounds are absolutely stunning, with incredible mountain views and immaculate landscaping everywhere you look. We especially loved being so close to the bike trails while still feeling like we were tucked away in a peaceful luxury retreat. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the whole resort had a calm, high-end feel. We would happily stay again and highly recommend Millbrook to anyone visiting the area.

My stay at Millbrook Resort was truly special. I arrived on my birthday, and from the moment I checked in, the team made me feel incredibly welcome. Nicholas greeted me with such warmth and kindness, and I was touched to receive Manuka honey, local teas, and a beautiful birthday card. These thoughtful gestures made my celebration feel very personal and memorable. Throughout my stay, every staff member I encountered was friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring. I enjoyed celebrating my birthday at one of the resort’s restaurants, where the atmosphere was warm and inviting, and I experienced the same excellent hospitality in the other dining venues as well. The facilities are outstanding, the grounds are breathtaking, and my room was absolutely fantastic—comfortable, elegant, and surrounded by the beauty of New Zealand. EXcellent resort with plenty activities for everyone. We statyed in the deluxe villas. Only real issue is that its quite a walk to where the car was parked and to the main complex but as the weather was nice this wasn't a problem but might be different in storms or during winter. Played golf three times. Easy to book and play and club looked after my clubs.

Our room was large with a nice sitting area and a patio. Great location to use as a base to explore everything Queenstown and the surrounding area has to offer.

The Japanese restaurant Kobe was over-priced and very small portions, compared with many of the Japanese restaurants we have eaten at in Sydney. Also, the Body Wash, Shampoo and Conditioner bottles all had their labels in 6 pt font. I don't wear glasses in the shower. Please fix. Otherwise one of the nicest holidays ever - Millbrook is simply beautiful. Switzerland on steroids without the 24 hour flight. even better now with Ayrburn next door. Billy's is world class. And Rumbla Restaurant (spelling) in Arrowtown is exceptional. Order the Chef's Suggestions.
