We visited the St Moritz for a special family occasion and we rated our entire experience 10/10! Lovely friendly and helpful staff, gorgeous alpine suite, beautiful breakfast, clean and tidy, warm and welcoming! Thanks for having us! We will definitely be back again soon!

The hotel is beautiful and is in walking distance of the main shopping & dining of Queenstown. The staff is wonderful and was very helpful with a tv glitch in our room and with parking.

This was an amazing hotel to stay at. The rooms were beautifully styled with a beautiful view. The bed and pillows were high quality. And the showers had great water pressure which is always hard to find in a hotel stay. Can’t wait to bring our kids back for a visit

Lovely property with very friendly staff who were always available to help. The hot tub garden was a nice way to spend some time after a busy day of sightseeing. Our suite was huge and fitted to a high standard. The balcony was a great place to watch the sunset over the mountains

We just had 3 nights at Hotel St Moritz and from the moment we arrived we knew we had made a great choice. Awesome location just a few minutes walk from town but that right distance away to be so quiet and with amazing views of the lake. We had the 1 bedroom Lakeview room which were so spacious and comfortable. Beautiful decor and amenities. Breakfast was a great experience with plenty of choice and more of those spectacular views. Highly recommended.

Lovely room, friendly helpful staff. A good nights sleep. Enjoyed the bar. Moved rooms as our first room only looked out onto a grassy bank. Loved having a view out over the lake. There seemed to be a problem with the door card readers though.

The room and the view were great. It was not easy to get down to the main road by foot. Slippery roads on a steep incline should not be part of entering or leaving without a car.

Queenstown the renovation city

Hotel is within walking distance of Queenstown however walk back is up the hill. Restaurant on site had some lack of staff meaning we had a night that it wasn’t opened and the other night had limited options. Great views of the lake, and everything you would expect from a 5 star hotel. Queenstown is under renovations people.

A Room without a View

Customer service throughout was excellent. Breakfast was ok. My room was on the 7th floor overlooking the dark front entrance of the hotel. There was no natural light even during the day.

Not 5 star…very disappointing

Booked a suite with lake views and got a view of backpackers and roofs. The staff were sloppy and the restaurant was slow and then incorrectly added drinks to our bill. The entrance is really poor and not a great sense of arrival. The hotel is located on a street that has poor footpaths and is a very steep walk up to the hotel..beware of this. Not on the Main Street. This is not a 5 star hotel and the suites are not up to a standard of the best in a hotel. Poor amenities. Overpriced for a less than acceptable room
