I needed towels, asking for it thru the phone was worthless, because you are put on hold for ever, even at the front desk you are told to wait in the room. After an hour wait I had to go back to the front desk just to be told again to wait in the room, 10min was what she told me. Another hour and again go back to the front desk to finally be handed a towel. And this is at midnight.
