The room and lobby were both fairly clean. We had 2 towels and 3 hand towels. No wash clothes or floor mat. Walls were super thin and could hear most guest rooms around us. Evening desk person was rude about our parking ticket given to us by the garage where they instructed us to park as well as is posted in their lobby.

Check in was super quick.
Rooms were clean along with bathrooms were super clean.
Breakfast was very basic but helps to keep you satisfied.
No maid service it seems unless u ask for it did not know that until we called to ask if anyone was coming to clean and fill the coffee etc in the room. Guy says if u want sure will have it done. I said yes please we go out at 11. After we got back at 4 no one cleaned so stayed another night with room not cleaned for 3 days.
So over all nice place to stay but ask for for u need when needed..

I have stayed at this hotel three years in a row for the NY Mets Opening Day. The room is simple, with no refrigerator and only one ice maker, which is on the 6th floor. The free breakfast is excellent and the dining room is always spotless. The staff is not been overly friendly, but they are very good at their jobs and very professional. If you just need a place to stay that is clean and affordable, this is the perfect place
