The shower was very small, It was a lovely location, very quant, clean and unique Tiny coffee cups and as a tea drinker would have preferred a mug too, a kettle was supplied when asked I really loved it

Nice historic hotel in the heart of old town. We were so close to everything. The staff was helpful. We were able to check in early and they were helpful when our plans changed and needed to store our luggage until we left.

My wife and I always stay in that specific area as its close to everything. The place is clean and accommodating. We will surely return to Quebec City and this hotel or next-door Nomad is our choice for every time we're there. Book early otherwise those little hotels sell out fast. Recommended.

We loved the location and the authentic feel of the lobby for this hotel. We had to pay for parking a block or two away, but that was no problem as Quebec city is made for walking. Our room was a little bit dated and boring, but clean enough. The Sheets were very nice. The staff was courteous and helpful. In English.

Property is in an amazing location. Just outside all of the hussle and bustle so it's quiet but very, very quick walk to all the restaurants, shops and historic locations. Room was clean and looked just like the picture. AC was a little funny. Feel like it was either too cold or not cold enough. Bed was a bit uncomfortable. Overall, would recommend. Again, amazing location.

This hotel has tons of charm and character! It is nearly 200 years old! The property is well located in the heart of Old Quebec City and within walking distance to all sorts of restaurants, bars and retail shops. The room we stayed was on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator, so that was difficult with luggage. In saying that though, our large suitcase was 50 lbs and the manager/owner carried it up the stairs for us!! Now that's service. The only improvement that could be done is better locks on the room doors. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone.

Hotel was very clean and good location in Old Quebec City. It is old though, and our room was spacious and quiet and bed was good. Bathroom was small. Not the most luxurious hotel, but for the price it was OK. Staff was good, although had limited hours.
