Unfortunate end to a wonderful stay. We had a mixup with our beverage credit (which we didn’t receive) and the woman at the front desk this morning was incredibly rude and unhelpful. Until that point we had enjoyed 2 fabulous stays with wonderful meals at the restaurant with fantastic service. Not getting the credit was unfortunate but a simple apology would have gone a long way.

Not the quality I expected at all from a 5star hotel. Below expectation. Everything from breakfast to parking was complicated. Bathroom was not separated from bedroom. Noisy and outdated appliances for heating and airconditionning.

Room was nice but carpet was very old and dirty. No room service. $30 cab ride to old Quebec. No signage at front desk. 1 elevator that was inconvenient so be prepared to use stairs. Spa was very nice
