It was a very fantastic experience to stay in the monastery. It is beautifully renovated, comfortable, close to everything. The museum in the hotel was very interesting too. Liked the silent breakfast.

Our stay was a wonderful experience. While the rooms are small, they were very functional and clean. Staff were great and it was such a perfect location and special to have the history surrounding us while we stayed.

I really enjoyed my stay here , the property is lovely ( do not skip the on site museum ), the rooms are unique and so cozy ( I slept so well at night ) , I was nervous about the shared bathrooms , they are very clean and well maintained , the hotel also provided robes in each room . The breakfast was also really well done , lots of fresh fruits , veggies and other options , I would very much recommend staying here , the hotel is located steps from the old part of Quebec City , the train station and a short walk to public transport

Staff was good but no clean towels the first night. Food was healthy but too vegetarian for me and dinner prices to high. A hot soaking tub would fit the concept

Room was clean and well appointed Staff are helpful However the description in Expedia does not mention that the hotel is a wellness retreat and there are no coffee machine, TV or telephone in the rooms Also breakfast is included but is taken in silence and is mostly vegan None of that affected our stay too much and the hotel location right in the old town with nearby restaurants and walking distance of main sites to see means it is a good choice but it would be good if the description was better to inform guests

Would stay here again! Staff is friendly and very helpful. The place is kept very clean. The bed was very comfortable, for someone who doesn’t sleep well in hotels, I slept very comfortable. Main attractions are walking distance. Parking is not included, but felt at peace knowing our car was parked in safe lot. Great experience overall.

The property and hotel was beautiful and cleanest hotel I’ve ever seen. However I find that Expedia did not state on the website that it was an actual monestery and that there were no tv in rooms and that you had to be pretty much mute meaning you could not speak and had to remain quite. This is a spiritual retreat and should be mentioned on the website

Had a very pleasant stay here! The room was clean and cute, the place full of history. I visited the historical chapel and the museum, which I guess was part of the charm of this monastery. Also there are plenty of bathrooms on each floor, and it was kept clean and tidy. There are also towels and bathrobes in each bathroom in case someone forgets theirs. The only thing I was not 100% happy about was the breakfast... It was too "vegetarian" for me, but perhaps I was the only one XD

Fantastic stay in a historic monastery still occupied by the Order of the Augustine Nuns. Helpful bilingual staff, beautiful accommodations, great meal and variety of activities available. Minor items of note - while breakfast was included, all other activities are not included in the room fee. There is also a side entrance that cuts time getting to the Upper Town, but you sort of have to find it on your own.

It is a beautiful new hotel part in the monastery. The room is comfortable with a good bed. The bathroom is bright, but getting into the bathtube is for elderly people not easy. The breakfast is ok with yoghurt and fresh fruit. The fried egg was nice, but the rest is quite frugal. I enjoyed the architectoral achievement with the nice parc like entrance.
