This hotel was clean and one of our favorites. The staff was great. The gentleman working the desk, Norius Ouddai, was exceptional. He was polite and patient. I have aphasia, a speech disorder and Norius was very patient and helpful. He was exceptional.

It really looks like a motel. Front desk reached out to us because we arrived late. The family room is exactly like photos. It’s very big. Beds and pillows are comfortable.

It was pathetic. As soon as I entered the room I saw a spider crawling on the pillow. After this, I read reviews of the hotel and saw a guy posted of large number of bed bugs as well. Terrible experience.

No food options, shows pool in picture. There is no pool. We had a suite. Room was nice. Hot tub was the highlight and rest of room ok. Staff was really nice. Thought the hotel would have been higher quality after looking at the pictures. It was enough for the 2 of us.

Good location, good service, good bed. Cons: bathroom old with bad lights, water in the shower is too weak. Room 108 Lots of noise coming from the second floor. Sounds like a dog or toddler running none stop

The hotel was decent overall, especially for the price (the owner said that if you call them directly they can offer a discounted price), but the property isn't in the best condition. The bathroom door wouldn't close properly unless you pushed down on the doorknob because it was out of alignment with the latch. One of the outlets didn't work, and it was awkward to place items in the mini fridge as it was in a closet and the door couldn't fully open. It is a busy place with lots of construction workers staying overnight, but it was quiet. The other issue we had was that the cleaners weren't respecting the do not disturb sign, but we had a conversation with the owners and the next day no one came into our room. There are lots of restaurants nearby and we never had any issues getting downtown. The floors are uncarpeted which makes them easier to keep clean.
