The whole experience was amazing! Hotel staff was super friendly, the tropical garden was amazing and our room was great too. Too bad there was so much construction going around the hotel, it really took away from exploring around the hotel.

Sometimes pictures online don't accurately describe the actual hotel but in this case they do. The staff were very accommadating attempting to speak English and recommended a fantastic sushi restaurant close by. (Sho gun) The beds and linens were very comfortable which allowed for a great nights rest. The pool was very warm and it was very enjoyable for the family. Vushi and Nushi (-: (we love sushi so much)

Avoid the rooms with the inside pool view, they heavily smell of chlorine. We had two change room twice because the chlorine smell was giving us headaches. We ended up going for an outside view room. These rooms are good. Couldn't get a refund for the price difference.
