We stayed as a family with two boys who loved the Murphy bed. Great room with amazing coffee machines in the room. Pool was nice and we stumbled upon a live music performance in the pool area that made for a great evening. Gym was good enough to get a workout. Pinball machine and fuseball for the boys. We ate breakfast and was as expected for the quality of hotel. We asked to stay a second night and the staff helped us get the best price and helped us keep the same room. I’m general impressed by the JARO brand hotels

Room was not very clean. Should have been informed that it was super noisy facing the pool area. Paid more for this room. Stayed one night prior and the room was clean and no noise. This room was more than $100, less. Huge difference in room rates from one night to the other. Food at restaurant was good, not great.

The room was fairly clean except there seems to be mold building up around tub area, the casing around the bathroom sliding door desperately needs fixing, looks like someone chopped at it other than that the bed was very comfortable. We went for breakfast in hotel restaurant and it was quick to order but coffee wasn't very hot, waited 40 minutes for meal and I had to return mine as it was cold. Not waiters fault as they were understaffed.

Friendly attentive staff. Pool was fun for the kids. It gets crowded though. My only wish is that they notified us that they only clean the rooms once every 3 days. It was a little disappointing to come back after a long day to a room where the beds aren't even made. Other than that, the location was great, the kids had so much fun at the pool and we felt the room was spacious and clean.

Bed was very comfortable, room was clean, except behind the electric fireplace! The fire place was making a small annoying noise so I unplugged it. Behind had never been cleaned i think! Aside from that it was excellent

Nice hotel with but congested elevator location tucked into the corner of the lobby. Thankfully we were one floor from the main floor. Room was good, some crud fell out of the Murphy bed sofa when I packed up the bed. Also, found a previous guest top, pants and shoes in the closet, again housekeeping should have checked that. We were close to the elevators where the floor was tiled and sound carried easily into our room from the hall. Annoying at times. Restaurant and pool area were beautiful and excellent. Plenty of free parking, and underground parking was great on a day we had rain.
