Very clean and somewhat spacious room. Double beds were very comfortable. Showers and faucets a little dated and not functioning at their best. Rooms were quiet and interesting aviation related decor in the entire building and rooms in honor of the Lindbergh family. Breakfast was very good and dining area very nice. Parking underground was free and easy to get in and out of. Stayed only one night and would stay here again.

It was a great stay in terms of cleanliness and wonderful staff. I enjoyed having no carpet in the room and in general they were very clean. The bathroom is dated and the tub was not draining properly at all. The fridge wasn’t working when we arrived but it was fixed (shelves in backwards so it wouldn’t seal) quickly. The body wash dispenser was missing off the wall just the sticky spot left next to the shampoo and conditioner. The beds are stiffer than we are used to but my husband liked them.

Stayed on night for a conference, and can’t complain about anything. Check-in was smooth, room was clean. Bed were comfy, breakfast was ok (it is not a huge buffet, but was more than enough for me). The property was comfortable and nice and very close to the shopping areas. There were 2 washers and dryers. Unfortunately there was a maintenance issue where the toilet had to be fixed but that was dealt with. The staff was friendly and although you could tell the difference between when certain staff cleaned, it was still not bad. The breakfast was continental style with bagels, toast, boiled eggs, fruits (Apple oranges, and bananas), yogurts, fruit cocktail (which seemed a bit more fresh than the canned version) and the standard tea and coffee.
