The location of the hotel was excellent, right beside the Frontenac - easy walk to all the main attractions and restaurants. The rooms were spacious and the beds were very comfortable. Definitely staying here again

Excellent location, very close to Fairmont Chateau Frontenac. Parking garages nearby. Staff friendly and helpful. Nice room with air conditioning. Nice to have a balcony, but very warm outside so limited how much we used it.

Pros: -The location is fantastic. -The front deck lady was very helpful and sweet. -Bed sheets were clean an crisp. Cons- You will have to find your own parking. Hotel looks great on the outside. But the inside not as much. The hallways and staircase are sketchy. Room was ok but had a damaged door and trim. There was mold in the shower calking.

Location was perfect. Right beside the Chateau Frontenac. Very quaint room with exposed brick. Very comfortable beds. No elevator was the only draw back. Staff were friendly and very helpful. I would love to go back again.

The location in old town Quebec was great. We had issues with lack of front desk availability including from our initial check in when we arrived to find the front door locked requiring a code that had not been provided to us. Room itself was small but comfortable and clean.

The location is great. Right in front of Parc des gouverneurs. Parking was convenient just down the street (though pricey). I paid under $70 for about 12 hours. I didn't get to meet the staff but they were very communicative and made my late check in very easy. Would book it again.

This properties location is wonderful. Bed was comfortable, Clean sheets. Outward appearance was good. They haven’t moved furniture was a while to clean. Friendly and helpful front desk, when they were there. Property needs upgrading, peeling flooring. No elevator and they have 4 floors - travel light!

Great location. Bed and bathroom were clean and comfortable. No one at the check in desk most of the time. Had trouble getting into the property early to leave our bags for the day. The property could benefit from a new coat of paint and general spruce-up renovation as very dark paint and looks a little neglected.

Location is perfect! Walking distance to restaurants, Dufferin Terrace, shops, etc. Our suite was very very tired. The floor has sustained water damage, creating a musty smell. As well, the floor was filthy. We learned quickly to keep our shoes on at all times. The shower is ridiculously small making it difficult to use. As for housekeeping, it’s almost non existent. I had to ask to have the room made up. There was no one at the front desk (quite common) so I left a handwritten note. They changed the sheets and provided clean towels which was appreciated. But they didn’t take the old towels away, didn’t replenish the coffee supplies, or replace the used coffee cups and water glasses for clean ones. Our room was the only one that had access to a balcony which we used frequently. It was really nice sitting out there having a drink at the end of a busy day. It’s not a cheap hotel. You’d think that for the price you pay the hospitality would be better
