Clean, comfortable room. Also liked how quiet it was. There is also a spacious, yet cozy lounge area for guests, which came in very handy for those needing to do some work or studying, or just to hang out and socialize with friends and family.

Great location, so all the places we wanted to go to were within walking distance. Despite this, the room was off of the main street, so the location itself was very quiet. Nice to have a coffee machine available 24 hours a day as well as a few pieces of fruit. There was a cozy living room type of space with board games available. We were able to hang out in there as a family and play some games. Very nice! Definitely would recommend this hotel.

Loved the location and proximity to an abundance of eateries, shopping and historical attractions The room was nicely appointed and very clean and quiet. Appreciated the ability to have coffee and water available in the room as well as the lounge area Staff were very accommodating as we arrived early and they stored our luggage until our room was ready then gave us a text to let us know our bags were in our room!

We loved our stay at this Hotel ! The room was well equipped and designed, quiet, and very clean and comfortable. The attention to detail was evident. We found all the front desk staff to be exceptionally helpful. They provided detailed advice on getting around the city, and very good restaurant recommendations.

The room was excellent, bright, clean modern and stocked with great snacks provided with no charge. The front desk staff were extremely helpful and always cheerful. Umbrellas were provided for use during a rainy day. I would definitely stay at this hotel again. There was a common room for use and stocked with puzzles, games, coffee machine, juices and water.

I enjoyed my stay. Charming room, not the best view (construction area) but the service and location made up for it. Centrally located to quickly access all Quebec (old and beyond), it’s a great spot, especially for a first-time visit. The staff were warm and helpful. The welcome basket was a delightful surprise (the Monsieur Sablé biscuits were amazing). My only complaint was the soap dispenser barely dispensed soap - you had to press it endlessly to gather enough soap. However, I’ve experienced this in Europe, so it’s not uncommon. Aside from that, I was thrilled with my visit!

This little hotel is noteworthy because of its central location in the heart of the Old City; however what distinguishes this hotel from the many around it are the exceptionally friendly & helpful staff. The 2nd thing I loved about it is the architecture & decoration which combines beauty of the old & convenience of the new. Our room was so quiet, we kept forgetting we were in a city. If I come back to Quebec City, I’m staying here.

Fantastic stay. The hotel is so well placed in Quebec City and there are many restaurants all around for different tastes. The room was lovely and the bed was extremely comfortable. Large room with everything we needed. We had the breakfast once and it was a nice treat but we needed butter!
