We stayed here for three nights and it was fantastic. The service is impeccable, rooms are beautiful and we loved the thought and care put into our breakfast packs. The costings were very reasonable for laundry and some mini bar items. It is in a great location with only a short walk to the funicular. Highly recommend.

Front desk staff was so pleasant and informative. Was able to purchase tickets for the hop on hop off bus with him while we waited for the room to get ready. We arrived by train and walked to the hotel in minutes. The location was perfect. Our room was comfy and clean. Old Quebec was a short walk uphill. We enjoyed the restaurants in the area. The staff was very helpful. Our only disappointment was the high carb low protein breakfast, but it was a nice touch that it was delivered to the room. All in all, we enjoyed our stay very much.
