Great room layout and was spacious, clean and modern. Beds were comfortable. Free parking and close to shopping and restaurants. The only downside was the sink design which caused water to splash everywhere.

The staff was bilingual. The concierge help us get a tour bus even before we were able to check in. We were very early, just getting off a cruise ship. Very Good restaurant on the premises.

When you are traveling with a dog (which the Alt welcomes) it is a nice perk to be able to order room service from a good restaurant with a really great menu…delivered on a classy tray with unique tableware to your room. No need for fast food or taking turns out. I LOVE THIS! Try the the Grilled Romaine Salad!

The overall stay experience was good. Rooms were clean. The bed was comfy. It didn’t meet my expectations for a 4-star hotel. I’ve stayed in Radisson Blu in the past which was 4-star and if I compare both, there are so many shortfalls. The room in Alt was too small. Bathroom was congested. Also breakfast in Radisson was amazing and was included in the room cost but not in Hotel Alt. The staff was polite and helpful. They do speak English. The check in sans check out was fast. Kudos to the staff. Hotel Alt is located near a mall which is like under 300meters. Parking is an issue here. If you plan to visit on a long weekend you’ll need to go for a treasure hunt. They also have an underground parking but the spots are too congested. You’ll become an expert in parking. But overall things were good.
