I had a wonderful stay here. The place was spotless and very well maintained, which made it feel welcoming from the moment I walked in. The space is generous, allowing for a comfortable and relaxing experience. We also used the kitchen during our stay and appreciated having everything we needed to cook. However, we did notice that some of the plates were chipped or damaged, which could be a safety concern. I’d recommend replacing those for future guests. Overall, it’s a clean, spacious, and pleasant place to stay, and I would be happy to return.

The unit was not the cleanest and the entire place was like a ghost town. No place to eat without driving into town ten minutes away. I stayed at 9 different places in this vacation and this was the most disappointing of them all as this was definitely not what was expected.

It was really hot on the mezzanine, the climatisation was on fonction but not enough for the upstairs. We went downstairs during the night because of that. Also, it Says thats it has a pool but it was 2 kilomètres from the condo! Too far with kids so we didnt went.....

Great ski week

Our 1 bedroom apt was perfect. Fully equip kitchen, comfortable living room/diningroom and comfortable bed. It snowed heavily one night but guest services had us shovel out by 7am . Only 1 k from Mont Sainte Anne. Perfect week of skiing.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with this accommodation. The photos shown on Expedia’s website are completely misleading and do not reflect the actual condition of the property. It felt like a scam. When I contacted Expedia to raise my concerns, their response was that they are "just an agent." That is completely unacceptable. By listing and promoting this property, Expedia is directly enabling fraudulent behavior. Shame on you, Expedia, for not vetting your listings properly and for failing to take responsibility when customers are misled. Your lack of accountability makes you complicit in this deception.

Great stay!

Great spot! Very affordable price to be right at the mountain. I stayed in studio 1306 which is at the base of the mountain. It is dated but unique and comfortable. Very clean. It should be noted that the outdoor pool and spa are located about 2km from this place. The property is self check in with a lock box system. Had a small issue with the key machine when checking in - the code they had given me for the key retrieval was not registered in the lockbox system. Thankfully a staff member was around at my check in time so they were able to just hand me a key.

Poussière sur les meubles, un peu de moisissure autour du bain, ampoule manquante pour une lampe, la nourriture gèle dans le frigo même si on ajuste le thermostat. Probablement que ce studio n'a pas été utilisé depuis l'été. Aucun ustensile pour cuisiner : spatule, cuillère de service. Lit et oreillers confortable, suffisamment de vaisselle et chaudron propre. Le personnel courtois et efficace. Endroit tranquille que je recommande malgré les quelques inconvénients
