The room was a little smelly. To me it felt as if the room had been a smoking room. The size of the room was nice and shower was the best we’ve ever had at a hotel. Warm water right away and pressure was really good. And location was really good. Overall a pleasant stay.

The lobby was clean and staff were helpful. However, booked a deluxe king room. Unfortunately the fridge did not work, one of the closets had zero hangers and they supplied the room with only two towels. When the room was cleaned, items missed such as fresh supply of clean glasses, and toiletries. Asked for additional towels but let the rest go. At $500 a night it was disappointing. Next time we will stay at the Hilton two doors down. Went to their restaurant for dinner and it was a much better vibe.

Decent, clean hotel. Nothing fancy. Cheap towels, peeling wallpaper in corners were a bit of a disappointment, as was the inconsistency of the daily cleaning (missing towels, dishes left from the night before, etc). The staff was very friendly, though, and there were some real value-adds that made this a location I would visit again: affordable parking and access to the “pantry” saved us a bunch of money and were very convenient. Great location, too.

Helpful and friendly staff! Wish the room was better maintained. Peeking wallpaper, sticking sink plug and worn out carpet. Regardless, my family of 4 enjoyed the spacious size of the room, shower pressure, large size fridge, lots of storage space and outdoor pool. Great location within walking distance of cafes and restaurants along with many attractions including Old Québec, The Citadelle, museums and The Plains of Abraham. Will reccomend after our 4 night stay.

The staff are excellent and very helpful as with all Delta hotels I have stated stayed at. However, this Delta Hotel property is totally overdue for renovation. To say that the rooms are old and in dire need of updating, would be an understatement. The carpets are extremely old and somewhat unclean, and the bathtub and toilet were old and stained. The property needs some serious attention.

Solid and reliable, not fancy. Bed was clean and comfortable, shower was excellent and air conditioning was great. But room was very utilitarian, no character at all and not aesthetically pleasing. The common areas were looking a little run down and the artificial smell they pipe into the main lobby was a bit nauseating. Location was excellent for walking access to old town, parliament and restaurants, but far enough outside that you weren’t paying much of a premium. The Bistro was decent but again, nothing special. Overall a solid 7/10. It was a great home base.

The property is in a perfect location. The staff is very nice especially the concierge! The room is very dated with broken fixtures and ripped furniture. The biggest issue is the SMELL! This hotel runs a perfume through its ventilation and it is very strong. If you are sensitive to scents it will be difficult to stay here without making you sick. Also, the elevator situation is a bit confusing since you have to switch elevators to get to your room.
