I absolutely loved this gorgeous and very welcoming hotel. The building is historic and charming, the staff were excellent and went out of their way to be helpful, the breakfast was amazing and the rooms were extremely comfortable as well as being charming with exposed brick and other lovely features. This is probably my favorite hotel of all time, no exaggeration. We had a wonderful stay and I would go back in a heartbeat!

The room was so very charming, perfect for me, brick walls, huge bathroom, and great views from the 4th floor window - including Chateau Frontenac. The location could not have been better, 5 min walk to Funiculaire and so close to many beautiful cobblestone streets, restaurants, etc…. The staff at the hotel was warm, welcoming and very helpful - especially Olivia, Rozi and Roushan. We could not have been more pleased and would love to stay here again and again.

Property was in an excellent location, just steps away from Place Royale, Petite Champlain, and funicular. Only complaint was the breakfasts, which cost a flat $26 for cold cuts, cereal, juice and croissants. I suggest adding pancakes and bacon. Other than that, an excellent choice of hotel.

We came for the first time for three nights and this place is perfect. It was immaculate, quiet and comfortable. Its only a very short walk to great bars and shops and the funicular will take you up top to even for action. We liked that it was just outside all that action. We would not hesitate to stay again.
