Property was good stay for a great price. Management should consider removing the carpet and replace with flooring(as we see being done at many other properties). Room was clean and bed very comfortable and bedding spotless!!! And blackout out curtains allow provided a great sleep. I recently stayed at Hotel Auberge Québec and had a mixed experience. On the positive side, the bedroom and sheets were clean, and the front desk staff were very nice and helpful throughout my stay. The staff in general were responsive and quick to assist when needed, which I appreciated. However, the bathroom cleanliness left something to be desired. The toilet and bathtub could definitely use a deep clean with bleach, as there was noticeable pink and orange mold, which shouldn't be there. Additionally, the hotel hallway had a bit of an unpleasant odor, which detracted from the overall impression of cleanliness. Overall, the service and bedroom were solid, but some attention to deep cleaning, especially in the bathroom, would go a long way in improving the guest experience.

Stay overall was okay. Staff were really helpful, but rooms need serious renovations. Sofa bed had a weird smell, which really made it difficult to stand next to it and the smell was noticeable while entering the room. Bed was good, and bathroom was clean. I like the fact that there were 2 entrances to the room, one into the hallway and one to the outside where we parked our vehicle. I like the location to the malls and places to visit. Overall cleanliness of the room was okay however the bathroom should have been the cleanest room which it was not. The ice box in the fridge needed defrosting because it was unusable. The room is showing it's age and could use a facelift. The staff were very pleasant to interact with.

Although the staff was kind...the hallway off of the entrance towards the rooms did not smell good at all. The carpet was NOT clean. The room also didn't smell that great. You need better air circulation throughout and you need to let guests know that if they are going to be staying in rooms with a lot of stairs to walk up and down.
