What a beautiful hotel. It's so charming and the staff are beyond amazing. They constantly checked to see if we needed anything. We had breakfast there each morning and the food was delicious, and again the service was superb. It was just a few steps away from the lower town and we had a view of the Chateau Frontenac. There isn't an elevator that I could tell, so keep this in mind if you rent the Loft (which is out of this world), and you have a mobility issues. We'll be back for sure!!

Centrally located in Old Quebec close to many tourist attractions is certainly a major asset, but this lovely hotel offers much more. All of the staff are super helpful, friendly, and a real pleasure to know. Rooms are clean with modern conveniences, and comfortable (though the low-seating chairs require some getting used to). The hotel restaurant offers alcoholic beverages and quality food choices. We highly recommend the crepes and beef bourguignon. Our room faced front, but we did not experience any problem from outside noises.
