The room is sparkling clean, very very spacious, and we love the staircase and how we are able to get necessities ourselves without having to wait. Location is fantastic and there’s underground parking nearby. Will definitely stay there again.

Excellent location, nice accommodations. Totally automated is convenient until your phone dies and all the numbers to access the hotel and your room are stored there. No one around to offer a personal touch. Luckily I remembered the pattern and was able to access the room, phew!

The location was perfect and the experience of staying in a historical building dating back to 1845 was special. The family room was large, clean and comfortable. The circular staircase for three flights was a bit of a challenge, but we were up for it!

Very good location

Very good location. I didn't notice it's an hotel without reception desk, so obviously there's no services on site. A garbage bag was left open beside the front door and stayed there for a while... Other than that, our 2 rooms were quite large and clean. Overall I would recommend this place as the price is fair.

The Auberge is well located, a 15 min walk from the train station, and it was easy to walk around within the walls of the old city. The staff was very polite and helpful, the room was clean and the bed comfortable. I would stay here again!

Reservation through Expedia was easy. Received our access codes by email 2 days before our stay. There is no front desk for this facility--access us via PIN pad on front and room doors. Our room was 3 flights up a spiral staircase. Great location. Easy walk to many restaurants and the boardwalk in front of the Chateau Frontenac. We liked this place. Low price, great location, quiet, and nobody bothers you. With no front desk at which to check in you won't be embarassed by attempting to speak French immediately upon arrival!

Didn’t realize there is no staff on site when I booked it, probably my fault for not fully reading, but it worked out fine. Was able to drop off luggage ahead of check-in using a luggage closet on-site with keyless entry. The location is the main advantage at a very reasonable price relative to other nearby options. There is no elevator, narrow hallways, and the spiral staircase is difficult to manage with luggage. So might not be a good option for anyone with limited mobility. But overall a good value and I would stay there again.

Great location, easy to walk around the Old Quebec City area. The building is nice, seems like a lot of the original architecture has been maintained. The rooms were sizable and beds comfortable. Definitely recommend if you're looking for something that can make you feel a bit like a local.

Location was perfect. Walking distance to everything; lots of restaurants cafe near by. Located within the walls of Old Québec, the iconic Fairmont Le Château Frontenac was 4 to 5 blocks away. the best location to discover Quebec City on a budget. 2 blocks from Quebec Parliament; Touring Quebec Parliament was free and lunch was amazing at the Parliament Restaurant.
