Beautifully kept building and rooms. Unfortunately the communal microwave did not work and no coffee was left to use with the coffeemaker in the room. Great area around property for our dogs to run/walk. Expensive dog fee.

Overpriced for the services offered, it could be because of the long weekend. The bed is terrible, uncomfortable and needs to be replaced (not par with those of Marriot or Hilton). Nespresso coffee machine without coffee pods in the room. The desk is not manned 24 hours but someone answers when you call the phone. The dining options outside the hotel are excellent though and the view is great. A great breakfast place nearby.

Lovely hotel!

All was very good except the pillows-they were flat or hard as a rock. The woman attendant at the desk was absolutely friendly and helpful despite our poor language skills. Highly recommend this location!

The staff are exceptionally pleasant and helpful. They gave us several options for dinner as well as places of interest. The room was clean, bright and perfect for a ski weekend. If the restaurant and Bistro open again, it will be perfect.

Not good value. Entrance - Directions to property are confusing on Google Maps. Onsite restaurant is closed. Cheap cost cutting optics for a $165 a night room. eg. Nespresso machine but no pods … front desk charges $1 per pod & room had only 1 bath towel for 2 adults.

Quiet retreat

The beds were very comfortable, and there was no noise from other occupants or running in the hall, it was wonderful. The front desk could have been more knowledgeable when asked about places to go, but we had our destination already. Another downfall was the stairs but overall it was wonderful we walked to 3 restaurants after a great day on ile D'Orlean and old Quebec. We will stay there again.

The room was comfortable, check-in easy. Although a coffee machine and sugar were provided, no coffee was. Some guests received a breakfast; others did not. The distinction was unclear.

The entrance of the Auberge is not easy to access. In fact, the entrance is right next to a big turn, a blind area (if driving from Quebec direction) for driver. The Auberge is under staffed. The cleanliness is of concern--some dirt and blood was spotted on the bed and bed sheet. Many electric outlets do not working. Also, there is no river view around. The fireplace cannot work either (understandable, but should be clear up in the front). In my opinion, this place is a little bit expensive in terms of what they can offer.

Nobody present for check in. Called number on desk but owner’s cell had been left on desk in front of me. Owner/manager showed up after about 15 minutes. Quick check in after that; got room keys but they didn’t work. Went back down and got new keys. Finally got in. Room was clean though rundown. Bed was pretty comfortable but pillows felt like they were made of cement. Toilet stopped working in the middle of the night. Down to lobby to use bathroom there. No lock on bathroom door in lobby. Shower curtain had mild on bottom. Not a great experience especially for almost $200 a room.. Go elsewhere.
