Room was clean and comfortable, we stayed at a Family Room. Staff was always so friendly. Other customers staying at the hostel were also very nice and friendly. Breakfast included was good. They serve the same breakfast every day including bagels, toasts, 2 types of jam, peanut butter and cheese cream, orange and pear juice, two types of cereals, two types of milk, coffee and tea and boiled eggs. Two times during our stay they also offered beans at breakfast.

In the heart of Quebec City. One block up from Saint Jean Street where there are great restaurants and shops. Probably the nicest hostel I've ever stayed in. Bonus, breakfast and the bath towel are included 😀

The hotel includes free break at the lower floor which is brilliant. Thus, there is a lovely pub to meet friends with. Nonetheless, the hospitality from the staff are super distinctive, which will make you feeling going home away from home.

The private rooms are simple but well-appointed (mirror, individual nightstands/nightlights, etc.) and clean. Never encountered any wait for bathroom facilities; also appreciated the provision of individual bath mats. Breakfast is simple but sufficient. Luggage storage is self-service. Hallways were generally quiet during quiet hours 10pm-7am). Only con is that some beds may not be completely level as the floor is not completely level in some rooms (the hostel is in old buildings), but this was not a big problem for a one night stay.

We had an extremely comfortable stay in the family room at the Auberge Internationale. The staff were friendly, chatty and welcoming. The kitchen was well outfitted and clean, and the common areas were sunny and comfortable. The location was perfect for walking around old Quebec City. Check-in and check-out were easy, and the hostel was within walking distance of the train station.

we loved it!

It was a great experience for our family of 5. Very friendly, easy going personnel. We loved the convenient facilities: kitchen, bar, lobby, games… the room was very convenient for the 5 of us. Possibility to bring your own food and use the common fridge in the kitchen. The hotel was fully refreshed, redecorated less than a year ago and it was done with a lot of taste. The location is great too, right in the middle of Old Quebec city. One regret though… we stayed one night only!😃

I was only there one night, but everybody was very friendly and helpful, especially because the airline needed to deliver my bag at about 1 AM. Everything was comfortable and clean. I would happily stay again.
