For the price it was amazing. Just remember to ask the front desk if you want housekeeping during your stay, as they don’t do it automatically. Very pleasant staff, and although it was a busier place due to the triathlon over the weekend, it was quiet and a very comfortable stay

Room was switched because AC didn't not work. Staff were great and did not hesitate to give us a new room. Overall nice hotel and would stay again. We didn't use pool but went in area to check out the cool birds around the pool in cages.

Great location. Restaurants are walking distance to the hotel. Plenty of outdoor parking spaces. Very close to Montmorency Falls and Old Quebec City. However, it is in desperate need of renovation. From the lobby, the room and the pool area. We stayed for 2 nights, we asked for room cleaning and nobody showed up to clean it. The shower curtain was ripped. No microwave in the room. Only one microwave is located in the lobby. The room door needs to be pulled or pushed to make sure it is locked.

The location of this hotel was excellent for our needs. Lots of restaurants in the area. The staff was very nice and our check in was quick and positive. This was not a top end hotel. We were staying one night. It was clean and that is the most important thing to me. We did not have any soap for the sink and had to use the shampoo/body wash in the tub for washing our hands. Not the end of the world. I would not recommend this hotel for seniors as there were not safety bars or rails in the bathroom and the toilet was very low making it difficult for a senior to maneuver.

Pool was awesome. What don’t like is that they don’t have microwaves in any room. They have only one small dented microwave in reception area. So, all the guests have to come to reception to use it doesn’t matter which room or floor they are staying. Most affected guests are those who have babies and who need to heat up milk, water or baby food. They can buy microwaves in Walmart for $60-80 and place in every room or atleast 2 on each floor on either sides.

Property was in a great location, super close to McDonald's, Tim Horton's etc. When we got into our room, the hotel had not cleaned it, we got a new room which had a balcony overlooking the pool. The air conditioning was not working and it was pretty warm in the room. The hot tub was like bath water, the jets were not working and I scraped my foot off the bottom of the hot tub on broken plastic. I would not recommend staying here

You can tell that they have tried to keep this building nice. The pool was the nicest part of the property. The room was generally clean. However, lots of improvement is recommended for cleanliness and safety reasons. Firstly, the hot tub rail is not secured properly and the steps are dangerously uneven. Secondly, water damage / peeling paint / damaged walls were observed in the pool area and common areas such as the vending machine room. Thirdly, the chairs in the lobby need a thorough cleaning of the black stains. Fourthly, the luggage carts need some tlc in terms of loose bars and flat tires. Fifthly, lights in the elevator need fixing. Lastly, the black mold in the bathroom and the blood stained curtain in the room was bad and/or considered a health hazard.

Comfortable beds. Hotel is dated and definitely needs some work but was clean and comfortable for one night stay. Cora's breakfast restaurant was located in the same plaza with this hotel! I'm my opinion it would have been nice to have hand towels and face cloths in the bathroom. There was only bath towels.
