Parking is very convenient and it is just a short walk. Rooms are clean. if there is in-suite washing machine and dryer, then it will be a perfect spot. If snow on the street in front of the building can be removed and cleared, then it will make it more safe to get on and get off car.

The property was reasonably clean, although a few items needed repair. I communicated these issues to the host, and they responded very quickly. A maintenance technician came the next day and was very friendly and helpful. He even fixed something I hadn’t noticed at first. The location is excellent, with plenty of restaurants nearby and easy access to the waterfront. The only downside was the room layout. The listing mentioned curtains, but I didn’t realize that the two sleeping areas faced each other and were separated only by a curtain. As a result, you could hear almost everything from the other room, which offered very little privacy. Overall, I would recommend this property and would happily stay here again on my next trip to the city.

Lovely apartment and close to all in Vieux Quebec. Clean, well equipped, and cozy. The view outside the window of the big grey wall of the Museum of Civilization wasn't the best. Also, found it odd to have a tip envelope where there is no maid service, no room service, no front desk, and a virtual answer to calls. Why would I tip? Otherwise, a good place to stay.

We stayed in two different rooms on our four day visit to this beautiful old city. Both rooms were modern, clean, and quiet. Access to a washer & dryer was an added bonus. The set up of the units gave us everything we needed as a home away from home. Great location and very close to some amazing restaurants.
