The hotel motel sign is broken. The glass is shattered. Approaching from the road was alarming to see that the place where staying has a vandalized sign. We were kept awake all night by other guests. Doors slamming. Motorcycles and engines going all night. The staff spoke limited English. The room was incredibly small. The TV was all in French. We didn't feel safe, especially with the noise and the conditions of the property. The room itself was clean.

The entire building is under renovation. But other than that, everything was fine. I loved how I had my own privacy within the little cubicle. I love those things. Next time I come to Montreal, I will probably stop in again. I also liked the many coffee shops and art galleries situated nearby.

The Hotel-Motel was being renovated, so we got an upgrade for free. Although we couln't use the hottub else there was an extra $50 charged. There was only 1 big towel and 1 small towel for 2... Room was out of date, but had a new fridge. For the low price it was all expected. The location wasn't far from downtown.

This is a perfectly fine motel, close to the best parts of Quebec City if you have a car. The room was clean. I'm docking a star because the toilet was running and the plumbing was off.

Sketchy property. Garbage and debris all over. Broken down car with smashed windows. Room had bugs. Shower head broken, sprayed on ceiling. Woken by car alarm at 3am in parking lot. Observed someone fleeing. Smoke detector removed , wires left hanging. We left super early after alarm and found safe place to continue sleep in vehicle.
