This hotel is right in the heart of the old town, you can’t beat the location. The building and room are showing their age. The beds were clean and comfortable, however the bathroom isn’t in great shape and the shower really needs a deep clean. The staff was very helpful and responsive.

Great location, great place to shower and sleep if you are early riser. Lots of truck traffic in the morning and noise early. Great location for walking to many sites. There is NO parking unless you park about a mile away, it's costly.

It is a very old building. Steep stairs. Dark room. Only a couple electric outlets. It was hard for me to climb and descend stairs due to use of cane. Old carpets. Dusty in corners and on baseboards. But a good location to restaurants and old Quebec City.

Convenient location. Old hotel in an old city. Had charm and historic feel. Better parking directions needed. Entrance to parking garage not across the street; it’s an exit. Entrance is on another street- not far. It’s just a different side street. Give that address.

We were not aware of the many stairs, it did not have a note that it is not suitable for seniors or people with disabilities prior to booking. It was not a great experience climbing the narrow winding stairs with suitcases. There could have been water left in the fridge for guests as well. We were not aware that we could only access the tv with our personal access codes. We were thankful for the coffee and machine and a kettle in the room. The towels were clean. On a more positive note, the location is fabulous as we were able to walk everywhere.
