Très satisfait. Très abordable. Très bien situé. Très propre. Matelas très confortable. Seul bémol. pas de cafetière dans la chambre mais café à la réception. personnel très courtois.

Le calorifère de la salle de bain était plein de poussière. Nous avons du déplacer la table de chevet pour trouver une prise électrique. Le tapis derrière le meuble était plein de cheveux , élastique à cheveux très sale. Très décevant.

Le matelas était confortable, la literie était propre. Chambre petite. Le recouvrement du plancher était en tapis et la propreté de ce dernier était discutable. Il n'y avait aucun verre dans la chambre, un rouleau de papier hygiénique déja utilisé et aucun autre pour le remplacé. De plus 2 boîtes de papier mouchoir presque vide. Bruit grinchant du ventilateur de la salle de bain. Bruit fort de la tuyauterie quand quelq'un utilise l'eau. Il faut attendre environ 3 minutes avant d'avoir de l'eau chaude donc gaspillage de l'eau.

Nous avons détesté Absolument TOUT. C’était malpropre, quand je dit malpropre, c’est vraiment SALE (photo à l’appuie) il n’avait aucune commodité, pas de service, même pas de savon dans la chambre et il y avait des odeurs désagréables!

Il a fallu attendre 15 hrs pour s'enregistrer, pas une minute avant. Et une chance que nous avions la reservation sur un téléphone, parce que la reception était ferme j'avais seulement une chambre alors que j'en avais deux! Dans les deux chambres la couverture chaude etait chiffonné dans un tiroir de commode. Et il n'y avait pas de sucre pour le café du lendemain.. Et la réception ne connaissait pas la définition du mot "acceuillante" ou " bienveillante"....

we booked a 2 queen room and they put us in a small 2 double bed room which stunk and the mattresses shot- I went back and said wrong room, she tells me if you book with expedia you will not get what you want- I was livid I distinctly knew what I booked grey room white mirror she finally gave me the correct room, unvaccumed, not dusted and semen stain on chair disgusting

La proximité de l'endroit ou nous allions. Le convoi de train très proche et nous a réveillé d'un saut. Le séchoir à cheveux ne fonctionnait pas et la toilette était bouchée. Dû pour un rafraichissement de l'hotel, par contre la suite Céline Dion était très bien rénovée

Linge à plier à la réception tout au long du séjour. Café vieux et froid. Machine à glace à l'entrée qui était dans une marre d'eau malgré la présence d'un employé à la réception. Chambre donc la poussière recouvrait tous les meubles, toilette pas lavée, pas assez de papier toilette pour deux nuits, pas de machine à café dans la chambre. Aspirateur qui n'avait clairement pas été passée (morceaux de bicarbonate au coin du lit). Bref, Un séjour bas prix bas de gamme. Mais le lit semblait propre et était confortable, l'air climatisé fonctionnait (même si très bruyant) et aucun soucis ave les cartes d'accès ou le stationnement.
