Great little hotel centrally located. Nice breakfast and very clean. Five flights of stairs with no elevator so you do need to be fit and not have too much luggage. It worked for us.

The room was clean, and the location was great! We stayed on the ground floor, so we could hear some noise from people using the stairs and doors opening and closing in the mornings. Other than that, our stay was very comfortable. I also enjoyed the breakfast buffet - especially the fresh fruit!

Great location, very friendly staff, on a quiet street but very close to shopping, restaurants and sites. Breakfast was a bit disappointing. Lots of selection but pancakes and waffles were cold (as if they were from the fridge) and the quality of the food was not as good as expected based on the glowing reviews from other travellers. We considered going elsewhere to get breakfast. Room was nice and spacious, and the hotel was very clean.

We loved our street facing room. It was in a convenient part of Old Quebec. South west end at a higher elevation, up the street from Chateau Frontenac, which made it easy for us as my wife has mobility issues. The room was nicely renovated, nice and clean and the bed comfortable. Parking on premises. Friendly staff. We stayed for three nights and having the complementary breakfasts was a nice added value. Would consider it if we come back again.

A splendid location in Old Quebec... inside the walls of the city. Newly renovated including walk in shower and wood floors but with original stone walls. The breakfast is delicious with fresh fruit and vegetables as well as eggs, bacon , ham and potatoes. The only downside is that there is no elevator.

The breakfast buffet is pretty good. They keep the place clean and the food is fresh! Everything is newly renovated. Only drawback is if you have a mobility issue there are no ramps or elevators. Parking is limited so arrive early. Location is prime and there’s a fantastic restaurant across the street.

The Hotel is well maintained and rebuilt within the walls of two old homes(s). Everything is clean and the staff is helpful and friendly. The full breakfast available onsite every morning was a plus. Due to its location, we were able to walk to all the sites and tours during our three day stay. We would stay again at the Hotel Acadia if we return to Quebec.
