This hotel is extremely well managed: It is friendly, clean and all around convenient. The breakfast is excellent, the staff is friendly and accommodating, The rooms are spacious, the pool is clean, it is conveniently located near the airport, but not too near, I absolutely recommend this hotel for my loved ones.

I just completed a road trip with this hotel being last of 7 others. This was the only hotel of the 7 that actually put the right amount of towels in the room based on the number of persons staying. Breakfast was also very good.

This location is perfect for dining and shopping. The property is nice and quiet ensuring a good night's sleep. We took an Uber to walk around old Quebec. It was beautiful! A lot of hills so be prepared for them. So many places to choose from for a bite to eat. I was a little worried as we don't speak French but everyone was so friendly! Thanks for a great time Quebec!

There were crumbs, hairs, and stains under the mattress near the head board. I check due to concerns for pests. Staff addressed our concerns and changed our rooms but the second room had the same. Third room was clean but overall this lack of cleanliness is troubling. Hotel is newly renovated breakfast was good and staff were friendly.
