The breakfast is only free when you book straight through hotel, otherwise it is $14.49, and it’s a continental breakfast, so we didn’t stay for breakfast…..but everything else about hotel was very good

This was such a gem of a hotel. Did not plan to stay here, but so glad we did. The rooms are large, modern and clean. It felt like a little luxury. The ends were comfortable. Also, the staff were so friendly and helpful! We hope to return to this hotel chain.

Way over priced. Then to charge $12.99 a person for breakfast that is only continental. No hot foods is crazy. The internet was terrible and even data hardly worked. The hotel was very clean and the staff was friendly.

Checked in late and staff were great in helping us and spoke English. We had a late drink at the bar to celebrate our anniversary and the concierge helped us to get a table across the road. Great hotel and location. We were only passing through on the way to New Brunswick so needed a one night stop. Close to highway but also only 5 k to old Quebec if you wanted to go into the city for dinner or a visit. Staff were kind and helpful and the room was very nice. Big, clean but have to admit the AC was quite noisy. Glad to have it nonetheless. Bed was super comfortable. Parking was included so that was nice as well.

Hotel was well maintained and clean, however, too many restrictions are placed on the guests. You cannot use electricity in your room without a room key in a card reader limiting guests to one card. The pool was not available and was not cleaned in time for us to use it. Also parking and breakfast were not included in the price. Worst of all, the air conditioning was not controllable, it was either way too cold or way too hot in the room.

We stayed twice in ten days. A great location and nice pool. Lobby is nice with lots of seating. Staff were very nice. However I found the rooms dark rather than trendy. The walls are very dark with concrete accents, minimal lighting and Not a lot of windows. Black/dark curtains. One bathroom had a glass wall into the bedroom which is confusing. The bathroom lacks any storage and a small vanity. The AC blows right onto the sitting area. One garbage bin and no recycling boxes. Ice machine only in the lobby. Continental Breakfast available.

A modern and comfortable hotel. The extra $17 cost for the parking (above or below ground) was discovered too late after booking through Expedia. Did not like the surprise. The underground garage floor was still dirty with winter grit, dust and gravel in early July. Didn't want to set down our suitcases on the floor. Changing and towels for use of the indoor pool in main floor was awkward. No robe in room to go down to pool. Either go down and up in swimsuit or change in small bathroom next to pool (no lockers near pool to store street clothes). Need to pick up pool towel at front desk. These issues minor for an otherwise nice stay but hiliting this for Grand Times to be aware of what could be improved.

Beautiful property. Rooms immaculate. Quiet and staff always pleasant. Not many spaces to park unless you pay for underground parking. Which is a challenge for large vehicles to maneuver in and out of but would be great for winter months.
