We are a multi generational family on a week long road trip, We enjoyed the spacious room and central location. The amenities closet was well stocked. There were no problems with door codes. Great location. Next to the St. Louis gate close to the Chateaux Frontenac and provincial parliament buildings and gardens. Our family room was on the top 4th floor, up a spiral staircase of aprox. 70 steps, so might be a physical barrier for elderly or unfit persons carrying suitcases. Otherwise our room was large and comfortable.

Very clean room, very conveniently located. It's close to many main attractions and restaurants. Staff was very responsive through text. The only downside is that it doesn't have an elevator so make sure you don't have problems with steep stairs before booking.

Great location and very pleasant stay. Big clean beds in a comfortable tastefully decorated room. Big, well laid out bathroom. Self check process very simple, quiet building. Only drawback is there was a musty/ mildewy smell when you open the door to the room. Seemed to be coming from the drain in the bathroom. We bought an air freshner and kept the fan on in the bathroom and it wasn’t too bad. We were super pleased with accommodations and location for a really reasonable price. Street parking was no problem.

I had family room 7 at the top of the stairs and it is a large comfortable space with a couch, table, mini fridge, electric space heater, TV, and coffee maker. I found a microwave on the second floor. The hotel is across from an ice skating rink and the fortification wall and was very walkable to everything within upper and lower towns and Parliament. I would absolutely stay there again. Just be aware of the stairs and that is no staff on site.
