Great Staff ! Horrible building need urgent update

Staff is great and friendly but hotel out dated , problem with bath water stuck don’t go over drain so you have to wait long minutes although maintenance man try to repair ! Ceilling light in corridors over many floor blinking not nice to see , elevator very tired slow and out dated , carpets in hallway are stained ! This hotel will worth maximum 2.5 stars ⭐️ ! The owner must be very greedy and to only make money charging above 80€ is expensive for this hotel ! This hotel need urgently renovation to update cause the near ibis hotel is superbe ! Again staff is great reception cleaners kitchen but building need to update asap !

The property has great staff and serves excellent meals. Generally the hotel is in very good order and the rooms are clean and inviting. The outer wooden door to my hotel refrigerator was not in a good state and the sliding door of the wardrobe didn’t work properly. Also the outdoor pool was empty and looked unsightly. The staff are absolutely excellent, friendly helpful and professional.

El hotel esta bastante antiguo, pero mi problema es con el personal. No me gusto que me deje un ordendor cargando en la cafetería, avise al momento, me dijeron que no habian visto nada, que consultarian con el personal de limpieza y me llamarian... tuve que volver a llamar yo para que me dijeran algo, me volvieron a decir que no estaba el ordenador. Acabe preguntando que si tenian camaras, que iria a la policia pondria una denuncia y veríamos el video, me contestaron qué lo preguntarian a la jefa. Ahi se quedo todo. Llego de mi trabajo, paso por recepción y ahi estaba mi ordenador, no se molestaron en llamarme para decirme que lo tenian localizado. Decir, que el tiempo desde que sali del hotel sin el ordenador y volver fue 1h como mucho. Y dónde lo habia dejado cargando estaba bastante escondido, con lo cual el servicio del hotel casi eran los unicos que lo podian encontrar.
