I have already booked a superior double room, but when I came to check in, the reception said that the room is full service, no more room is available. However, the customer service is very bad. I have booked a lot of hotel, but I think this one is the worst.

このホテルは英語が通じない。 事前に予約を行いお金を払い訪問した。 ベトナム政府発行の証明番号もあったが駄目だと拒絶される。 外国人だという事で一方的に拒絶を受けた。 事前に払ったお金を戻して欲しいと要求したが要領を得ない。
