The staff was great. The room was clean. However… the toilet ran and the sink was clogged. When maintenance came, they must’ve thought the toilet was clogged because I could tell they had plunged it and left a mess behind doing so. They unclogged the sink and left the snake on the floor for me to pick up.

We had an excellent experience at this hotel. The lobby was modern and comfortable. Our room was in great condition. We especially enjoyed time spent in the River Room because the views of the river at sunset were spectacular. We will definitely choose this property the next time we stay in the Quad cities.
