The hotel was clean with comfortable beds. The amenities were great and the front desk staff was helpful. The breakfast was better than I thought it would be. My only comment is all the other staff not counting the front desk seemed to have a chip on their shoulder. The cleaning staff was extremely loud down the hallway when I asked for clean towels, I was met with an eye roll. I did not need to interact with the kitchen helper, but she definitely looked angry. All in all, not taking into account the attitudes the place was really great.

Our stay was good. Staff was very nice and helpful, and the room was clean, except there was a damp, musty carpet sort of smell that I'm sure wasn't helped by the overall summer humidity. Breakfast was very well appointed and attended to by the woman working there. Overall, would be back, but will hope for a fresher smelling room.

Hotel is clearly undergoing renovations. Our original room's AC didn't work but Ash was great getting us right into the room next to it. This room though - the desk lamp was broken, there waa mold on the window curtain, and the water was lukewarm. We were too tired to move again after traveling all day. The coffee machine was a nice amenity. One elevator was down so only one elevator worked in the hotel, and the ice machines on 3 and 4 didn't work either so we had to go down to 2 for ice.

We have stayed at this location multiple times and have enjoyed every stay. The rooms were clean, the breakfast was good, and the staff was very friendly. We were there over Memorial Day Weekend, and there were little league teams and the boys were running around the whole hotel, so it was loud. The pool is a little cold, but the hot tub is great.

The front desk staff was nice when we checked in. The hotel is in need of some updates and repairs. Our room was very dusty and not cleaned well. There was paper and hair on the floor in the bathroom when we arrived to the room. The carpet in the room did not seem like it had been vacuumed. It was fine for a one night stay but would not have wanted to stay longer than one night.
