Very impressed with everything. The room was very clean and large for the price we paid beings it was a Saturday night. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean. The pool was warm. Night staff was cordial. Day staff was very warm and friendly. Was slightly disappointed because i thought my room had a jetted tub. It only had a shower. Make sure you verify with the hotel directly if you want a room with a tub or jacuzzi. Was told that since I booked through a 3rd party, I was not guaranteed a tub. The breakfast was fantastic! Overall, it was a good experience.

The room was spotless. The staff was courteous. Good hot breakfast and coffee. We called them at 6pm to tell them to hold our room for late arrival. But we were stuck at an awards ceremony and they called us a few hours later to ask if we were still coming! It was frustrating that they called! We told them yes, they already should know that!

The employees were very friendly. My friend and I spent New Year's Eve at this hotel in Davenport. The staff on the night and the morning were all very friendly, and the breakfast was amazing. The overall atmosphere was calm and cozy, and the price was reasonable.We even stayed longer after checking out to play pool in the lobby. Oh, and coffee was available everywhere: in the lobby, in the room, and in the kitchen.

the staff was friendly and helpful. room was clean, jacuzzi seemed fine but some of the controls were broke. the windows did not seal tight there for the wind was blowing through them causing it too "whistle" the breakfast was luke warm by the room was so cold by the time you got to your table it was cold. the last straw i had to have a deposit to stay. i already paid for the room and had to pay an additional deposit? this was not on the website when i reserved the room.
