Good room, spacious and fairly clean. Modern decor. I asked for a dream box as the tv tuner didn’t seem to work. Balcony in room 122 was probably the smallest I’d seen. We had the breakfast option and, all I’d say is, go early as it got (gets) very crowded. Food options were ok, nothing special and didn’t feel 5-star. I ordered an omelette and is was ok. Quite a lot of food options for kids. Bring your own tea bags as the tea served is very low quality. What let the hotel down was the lack of children’s activities compared to other similar hotels in the area. The playground needs a complete renovation.

The best hotel on the island. We would like to say a massive thank you to all the lovely staff who made our visit so memorable. The resort is magnificent and very clean The beach is near by and it is a sand beach with no rocks in the water The food was not that good. The buffet in the evening was cold and it affected its taste. The Golden Monkey Thaï restaurant was excellent

Wow! 10/10 By far the best hotel I have ever stayed in. The staff were so friendly, great with children. Never have we felt so welcomed and looked after. From the moment we checked in we knew this was going to be a fantastic holiday. Room was lovely and clean, had everything you could ask for. Some of the best food we have had in an all inclusive. The hotel bar and restaurant were excellent. Can't wait to visit again and will reccomended to family and friends. A big thank you to all the hotel staff that made our holiday perfect.
