“For me It just cuts the deal: clóse to the sights, comfortable and very quiet room. Very friendly staff although not all of them speak English. Breakfast just correct. Note that Mandalay is no city for pedestrians: no sidewalks and every time you cross a street you flip a coin for your integrity. Surroundings of this hotel are no exception to that.”

“Clean modern hotel, great staff. Sometimes they couldn't understand me, but then they would call in someone who could speak better English. I stay here four days, took a trip the staff helped organize and then returned to this hotel till I left Mandalay. I started walking around the area. Stores and restaurants were close so I could avoid the healthy taxi prices when I was hungry. The road is torn up in front of the hotel but I feel sure it will be reapaired eventually. “Expedia canceled the booking of my original hotel. They asked me to choose between 3 options to replace it, which I did in a timely manner. Despite my request, Expedia did not send me the booking for this new hotel on time. It was send to me after few hours I checked in another hotel that I have to look for muself. I had to go around time to check the options that Expedia gave One of the options that Expedia gave to replace the original booking is even out of service.”
