Nice stay for solo travelers

Good location to Osan AB and the train. The room was clean and comfortable. I like that there were instructions to the remote and appliances. There were a lot of places to eat and shop.

Hard to get quality sleep on that bed.

Most uncomfortable bed i have ever slept in at a hotel. Its was so hard i was thinking about sleeping on the floor for more comfort. Other than that the room was very clean and a 5 minute walk to the songtan shooping area.

This used to be an actually very nice hotel. Those days are very nich over. It's mostly an extended stay / residence place now. Kind of like a studio apartment hotel. The room had a stovetop and washing machine which was very convenient and at a good price. The room was clean and the staff very friendly. I will stay here again when I return.

Front desk was rarely staffed. Workout facilities were not in hotel. Dining/Restaurant was not in hotel and was closed. Room was very small. "Kitchenette" in room had zero supplies Departed after 3 days for what was supposed to be a 6-week stay for business. Arranged through hotels.com, was NOT refunded after departing early (and speaking with hotels.com before hand), lost > $1000. Extremely unhappy with the situation

This was a giant dump, across from a junkyard, with rock hard beds, full of bugs. And I cleaned linens. it’s a residence also. So there’s garbage sacks all up and down the hallways and it reeks. the front desk isn’t full time and he’s rude and was spitting his fish in my face when I refused do sleep in a big infestation! Expedia refused do give me my money back also. horrible, deplorable place

Please don't come here. The staff are RUDE (to both natives and foreigners). There also isn't ANY hot water. I asked some people on my floor as well and they also said they didn't have any. I stayed one night- thank goodness. Completely horrible experience. Save your money, do yourself a favor and stick with an ACTUAL hotel- not some converted officetel run by an angry potbellied man who looks at you with distain and no greeting whatsoever. I literally said hello to this individual 3 times and ended up calling the number listed for the "hotel". He picked up the phone call and spoke to the phone while I was standing there DIRECTLY in front of him. Such a bizarre experience. 여기 오지 마세요. 직원은 무례합니다(내국인과 외국인 모두에게). 뜨거운 물도 나오지 않습니다. 내 층에 있는 몇몇 사람들에게도 물어보았고 그들은 또한 아무도 없다고 말했습니다. 나는 어느 날 밤 머물렀다 - 맙소사. 완전히 끔찍한 경험. 돈을 절약하고 호의를 베풀고 실제 호텔을 고수하십시오. 화난 배불뚝이 남자가 운영하는 개조된 오피스텔이 아니라 어떤 인사도 없이 당신을 경멸하는 표정으로 쳐다보는 것입니다. 나는 말 그대로 이 사람에게 3번 인사를 하고 "호텔"에 나열된 번호로 전화를 걸었습니다. 그는 전화를 받고 내가 그 앞에 직접 서있는 동안 전화를 걸었습니다. 그런 기이한 경험.
