When I arrive, there was nothing really around this hotel. Also felt unsafe as I had a corner room and the entire night the emergency or exit door was wide open to where anybody could come into the halls without being a guest. Also very limited transportation. It took me about an hour and a half to get a taxi to agree to come pick me up.

1. They don't have a check in time posted until you've paid for the hotel. 2. I agree I booked the hotel at night but normally there's always someone in reception to answer phone or messages. I found out check in time was going to be at 5 pm and I was going to get there at 9am latest since I was traveling at night. I messaged the hotel did not get a response. 3. I called them in the morning at 7am to see if I can check in early at the same time I find out I have an extra room reservation that I sure didn't make (my expidia app did glitch during the payment and shut off maybe that can be a reason who knows) the person answered the phone and said call back when manager is back. 4. By the time managers comes you can't too late to cancel the reservation. (I bet the rooms were not even ready by then) but still they can't cancel it 5. I asked for any other options? Nothing. A good hospitality would be to at least partial refund or maybe an extra stay on one room and cancel the other they didn't even try. it's convenient for them to say wait for manager to make any adjustment and when the managers there it's tool late to make any adjustment. I guess that's just a money grab play book they play and call it a policy

직원의 고객 응대가 상당히 불쾌하고 친절함이 1도 없고 고객이 오가고에 대한 인사성 0임 객실수준도 현저히 떨어지는편임 객실바닥이나 이불이 꿉꿉하고 TV도 되지않고 조식 없으면 그정도 숙박비치고는 비싼편임 다음에는 방문안하고 싶고 비추천임

아기 동반 세가족 스위트룸 방문후기 입니다.

지방 결혼식 방문때문에 급하게 잡은 방이었는데 청결상태/시설/어메니티/스낵바까지 전반적으로 만족으러웠습니다. 아기까지 셋이하는 여행이라 좀 걱정했는데 전반적인 분위기가 러브텔 느낌이 아닌 모던한 느낌이라 좋았어요. 스위트룸 기준 TV도 두대 공기청정기 스타일러까지 매우만족 재방문의사 있습니다~

I would definitely stay again

Nice soundproof room with a comfortable bed and large shower. There is a laptop in the room for your use as well as a flat iron, I thought that was nice. I would definitely stay again.

가족여행으로도 만족스러움

급작스럽게 계획된 가족여행으로 예약을 하기가 쉽지 않았는데, 큰 방에서 휴식을 취하기 위해서 예약한 곳으로 깨끗하고 좋았어요. 스파처럼 따뜻한 물에 몸도 담그고, 넷플릭스도 볼수 있어서 좋았구요. 일반모텔같지 않고, 아이들을 데리고 가서도 크게 민망한 상황 발생되지 않아서 더 좋았어요. 아이들도 깨끗하고 좋았다고 했습니다. 평택에 맛집도 많아서 짧지만 즐거운 여행이었습니다.

객실 자체나 호텔 컨디션은 그럭저럭 괜찮은데 너무 지저분해요 냉장고 안이랑 전자렌지 내부며 음식물 흘러내린 자국 다 그대로 남아있고 싱크대 주변에 고춧가루가... 그냥 숙박만 하는거면 굳이 주방시설 신경 안 써도 그만이지만 저희는 업무차 방문해서 간단하게 음식물 데우는 정도는 필요했던 터라 좀 그렇네요;;;; 안내책자 안에도 음료같은 걸 쏟았는지 죄다 찐득찐득하고;;; 청결도는 진심 별로에요

서비스 완전 꽝 다신 안감

파티룸 예약해서 놀았는데, 추가인원 요금을 받으시고도 침구 추가가 없대요.. 어디에도 명시되어있지않아서 문의하니 호텔스닷컴에 명시할 수 있는 칸이 없다네요?? 그래서 체크인할때 안내를 했고 그때 이용 안한다고 하면 환불 해줬을꺼래요^^ 파티하러 온 손님에게 그 당일날 맘에 안들면 그냥 나가라? 식이네요...허허 예약자가 늦게와서 이용 후에 이 사건이 벌어져서 그냥 이용했지만 서비스에 대해 매우 불 만족 입니다. 침구류때문에 전화드렸더니 되려 시끄러워서 민원이 많이들어온다고 하소연하시네요.. 파티룸의 방음은 기본 아닌가요? 그럼 파티룸을 왜 운영하시는건지???? 침구류가 없어서 덕분에 밤새 떠들었네요. 주변은 공단이며 매우 외져서 차 아니면 방문이 어려운 위치이며, 주변에 편의점 5분거리에 있어여 시설은 깨끗하고 스낵바가 매우 잘 되어는 있으나.. 이런 서비스로는 다시 이용하고 싶지않으며, 예약전 다른분들고 알고 예약하시길요...
