편안했어요

시설은 노후 됐지만 관리가 잘되어있어서 모든것이 깔끔했어요. 침구도 깨끗했고 객실도 넓고 깔끔히 청소 되어있었구요. 산뷰고 아름다웠구요. 저렴한 가격에 잘 쉬고 갑니다

평창 한화리조트 휘닉스갈때마다 이용하는데 가성비너무 좋습니다. 셔틀 운행해서 오히려 스키장 주차 걱정안하고 편하구요. 매년 이용중이에요

로비 조명과 청결상태가 별로 좋지 않았던 것 같습니다. 주중이라 지하 상가는 Close 되어 밤에 별로 할 일이 없었던 것이 아쉬었습니다.

잘 이용했어요

5인 가족이 편하게 이용하고 왔네요 베드시트도 깨끗하고 전체적으로 흠 잡을것은 없이 가격대에 맞는 시설로 만족합니다 뒷쪽으로 있는 산책로는 시간적 여유를 가지고 둘러보면 좋을것 같아요

나름 괜찮아요

사람이 많지않아 조용합니다만 발소리가 좀 울리네요 숙박객이 많아지면 층간소음이 꽤 있겠습니다 전체적으로는 나쁘지 않아요 조용히 가족들과 일박하기엔 괜찮습니다

무엇보다 스키 리조트라는 것. 위치는 당연. 특급만큼은 아니라도 숙소 상태는 베리굿... 다만 쓰레기를 직접 치우라고 하는것은 시대착오적인거 같아요.

부대시설/주차/숙소내부시설 등 전반적으로 만족☆

비싸다고 여러군데서 핀잔아닌 핀잔을 들었지만, 회원이 아닌걸 어떡해요^^;; 부대 시설도 웬만한건 다 갖춰져 있고, 블루캐니언(워터파크)도 도보로 5-7분정도 거리에 있어서 편하게 잘 다녀왔어요. 비수기에 다녀와서 큰 불편함 없었는데 성수기엔 주차할 곳 찾기가 힘들지도 모르겠다는 생각이 드네요. 방에서 간단한 음식 해먹기도 좋고, 배달도 잘 되어있어요~ 웬만한 식기도 다 구비되어 있습니다! 침구류도 넉넉해서 4인 쓰는데 두겹씩 깔아서 썼어요ㅎㅎ 바닥은 딱딱하니까요..ㅎㅎ 화장실은 두개나 있었지만, 욕조가 없어서 쪼끔 아쉬웠어요. 전반적으로 깨끗하고 편안했습니다~
