The room was nice. Due to Covid restrictions, we didn’t see a single member of staff apart from the man in the bar, which wasn’t the kind of hotel bar I expected. No real ale (“because it wasn’t worth doing” according to the barman). No coffee either. We went to our room via a side door, so we didn’t even see the hotel facilities. We were very disappointed with the breakfast facilities-there were none. Again this was due to Covid but the website clearly stated ‘breakfast available’. It also said there was an ‘on site golf course’. There wasn’t. Very noisy at night because in August, we had to have the window open which was directly above the smoking area. As I said, the room was nice but I will not be staying again.

No reception area, had to see the barman signage on how to book in very poor. Booked a double room but due to their error had to have a twin room, some money back was promised but still waiting.Bar area used by local youngsters and could smell weed wafting through the bar area.very dated and old fashioned decor with no sense of feeling welcome, it was was essentially a room above a local pub. All in all an ok stay but would not return again.

Liked: Cleanliness
It was a decent place but i was expecting better hospitality. There was no one to welcome us plus the check in instructions was not clear therefore we had to wait a lot.
1 bedside lamp between 3
No one to meet you, self checking in!
No room cleaning!
No restaurant service !
The restaurant attached to the building which is another company is an Indian restaurant!
Television not working still after 3 days !
No bar service
3 telephone numbers left downstairs for clients to contact but still nothing happens
Great location hotel with a good bar and great Indian/Bangladeshi restaurent attached. Bit pricey compared to others I've stayed in recently (not in Pwllheli), but decent enough. Breakfast didn't happen, but I hadn't paid for it so....
The shower door of room 3 didn't close without a slam....probably how it got in that condition, but the shower was fine and in a decent sized bathroom.
Biggest plus for me was the controllable heating in the room and bathroom plus the great restaurent attached.
