2/10 Terrible

Disliked: Amenities
Overall Rating: 1/5 – Deeply Disappointing Experience, Subpar Service & Misleading Photos If you are accustomed to the standard of service, professional hospitality, and transparency found in established hotel chains like Holiday Inn, Marriott, or Radisson, do not stay here. This hotel falls far short of basic hospitality standards. Here are the key issues from our stay: 1. Misleading Bookings & Refusal to Take Ownership We booked a Triple Room online based on the pictures displayed on their listing. Upon arrival, the room provided looked completely different. When we brought this up, the staff claimed the photos showed a room that "didn't belong to them" and blamed their online booking team for uploading incorrect images. Instead of apologizing or fixing the issue, they tried to convince us that a "Triple Room" simply means throwing an extra mattress on the floor of a standard room. To make matters worse, there was zero accountability—just victim-blaming and a total lack of empathy or a genuine apology. 2. Poor Location & Difficult Accessibility The hotel is tucked deep inside narrow, congested side streets. Getting to and from the property—whether by car, taxi, or walking—is a major headache. 3. Unpleasant Surrounding Environment The immediate neighborhood and surrounding streets are cramped, filthy, and littered with trash, making standard ingress and egress a very unpleasant experience. 4. Unprofessional Management & Staff The front desk staff lack basic communication ski
