Staff was friendly and eager to help. Area was slummy but luckily the hotel has a gated area for parking. Building is old and needs updating badly, but staff tried to make it as welcoming as possible. Walls and ceiling in the rooms were gross and bathrooms are in bad shape. Worst part was no hot water. Best part is that beds were clean.

Older hotel, but lovely staff, gated parking, and right across the street from the beach. Has a restaurant, but didn’t eat there. Many dining options within walking distance. Would gladly stay here again!

I saw a flea on one of the beds. We only stay for 2 nights. The price was affordable. They have a nice pool but we didn’t use it. Personnel were very friendly, welcoming and friendly.management has this rule that you have to turn off the ac unit when not at the room. Otherwise you will be penalized with a fee. Place was convenient. We stay last minute at the hotel since we’re booking a last minute tour to Tortuga island

While we didn’t swim or drink, we had an issue with our initial room and staff gave us a better one . The room is clean and adequate but the shower is cold and towels are thin. The staff is lovely and aims to please and the breakfast ( not included) was terrific.

I knew this place wasn't going to be great but I didn't expect it to be this bad. I was traveling with my three daughters and the door to our ground floor unit wouldn't properly lock. The inside has moldy ceilings, broken things in the kitchen, filthy bathroom, the knob to the hot water in the shower was completely gone. The AC couldn't keep up so we were sweating all night. Then in the middle of the night the loudest DJ/pool music came on to wake us up. It happened three times between 2-4 am even after I repeatedly asked the front desk to solve the issue. When we got there they said the pool was closed (at 5pm?) but someone was loudly swimming later for over an hour. It was a quick night stopover on our road trip but we left miserable and tired and uncomfortable. We are pretty flexible travelers and stay in cheap places regularly but this was awful.
