It’s definitely a family resort , staff 10/10, food 10/10, birthday accommodations 10/10 The only issues I have is they need more entertain for the adults and the bar needs to be open until 1am not 11pm. Also the website mentioned 18 restaurants which I did not see. Otherwise I give the resort 9/10.

We went from may 19-25 the property was fantastic a lot restaurants and different options for lunch one thing I will recommend book your restaurants once you get to the hotel because other wise you will have to eat were the they have availability all restaurants are really good we tried Union,Lotus,Caracol and Filia the Italian and try to book early 6-7 so you see the night time entertainment beach is decent but really close to the beautiful waters of Playa Mujeres our stay was really good very safe place the resort for me is 100 % recommended and I will go back in the future thanks for your amazing work to SLS team in keeping your guests happy

Booked a swim out room through Expedia but received a message from the hotel 1 hour before our flight departure and was told that the swim out room we reserved would not be available. Definitely bummed that we were notified just 1 hour before flying to Cancun. We arrived at the property and we were given another room in the elite area. The rooms are nice, beds are comfortable, linens and towels are good quality.

The beach stinks, the building is overlooking a Marina which sticks so bad we could not sit out on the balcony. You can also smell it from the pool. Staff service was inconsistent, some were helpful some were rude. Spa and other similar services were double cost compared to other comparable resorts. The only plus is that the food was very good

Friendly and helpful staff. Check in was quick. Our room was ready very quickly. Well maintened property, very clean. Good food, nice restaurants, the beach was great, small amount sea weed was removed daily. I like the ocean, spent most of the time on the beach, which was the best of the last few vacations. The resort is great for children. A lot of activities during the day, around the pool or in teens or children area. Evening events, dancing. Felt really focused on children. But at the same time it felt comfortable and quiet for adults. Monkey bar, cigar lounge, ice cream, coffee, health drinks, fast food at the pool area and on the beach. Very good resort. Highly recommend.

Good service, not a lot of entertainment (specially if u go with kids). The food is great, but be careful, we aet at the mexican restaurant (caracol) and the service was good but they didn't tell us the wine bottle was not included and we ended up paying 130 for 2 bottles of wine, just make sure u ask for what's included. We assume that they were included because the previews day at dinner if was given to us free of charge. Hospitality is good but the hotel is not well maintained. Overall is was a good experience.

The resort was fantastic, and the food was excellent. However, our biggest disappointment was the room service. I’m not sure if our room was assigned to a new, inexperienced staff member, but they missed daily service twice. They never replaced the coffee capsules or snacks, and they never did a thorough cleaning including sinks. We won’t be returning to the resort only because of a bad room service.
