This was our second time at the property, and it's the same or better. Resort was approximately 50% full during our stay in October. All restaurants were very good to spot on. They update the menu's this time of year so we were able to taste what's on for the coming year and they were very good. No negatives to speak of that would deter us.

The resort is beautifully designed and maintained. Each restaurant carefully curated and unique in design and cuisine. The entertainment staff was fun and engaging. The resort staff friendly but not pushy and really took the time to know their guests. We are definitely going back!

Honestly I wasn’t impressed by this resort, when I booked, it didn’t show any of the exclusive member rooms, and there were many areas and restaurants and privileges that only those members could use on the property, it made our experience feel not all inclusive, the staff wasn’t helpful, I honestly wouldn’t stay here again.

Great place to stay. Staff couldn’t have been more accommodating! We tried several food options on our stay. Loved the breakfast and lunch options. Felt some of the dinner meals were kind of lacking. Ordered a pizza at the Italian restaurant and the pepperoni wasn’t even cooked. The rest of the meal was delicious however. Beach was maintained super well and the swim up bars at the pool were top of the line.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the resort. From the moment we arrived, to the final moment we departed, our stay was full of top-notch service, excellent food and terrific facilities. Folks in the resort were genuinely warm and hospitable, they went above and beyond what we asked of them. Overall, this is one of the best resorts we visited and intend to come back to it again! Highly recommended!

2 employees stood out. Betsy, who was a waitress on the beach. Took such good care of us. And, Belen, the restaurant manager for the Mexican restaurants. These 2 were outstanding and could not be more helpful while we were there.
