Esta muy cercas de todo, tiendas, restaurantes, playas. No me gustó el desayuno, un café, jugo y pan, yo no lo llamaría desayuno continental. Pero, la comida local es grandiosa, hay postres y comida deliciosos en cada esquina

Ojo, estafa! Cuando llegamos al Hotel, nos informarón que hubo un error de sobre venta y para nuestra reserva no tenian lugar. No nos pudimos quedar y nos dijeron que nos iban a reembolsar. Todavia estoy esperando a la plata.

Localização excelente, porém a estrutura do hotel deixa muito a desejar. As fotos não parecem com o quarto, devem ser fotos de outro hotel. O banheiro era simplesmente lamentável

La habitacion es aceptable, pero las fotos no son reales, baño viejo, habitación vieja, las toallas estaban bastante manchadas y parecian sucias, pero lo mas terrible fue el desayuno, tienen fotos de un desayuno tremendo, y el desayuno tenían en la realidad una bandeja con pan de molde y manteca, café y leche. Fin. Después un muchacho se acercó y nos ofreció ensalada de fruta (solo tenía manzana), y nos trajo dos mini rollitos de queso y dos de jamón. Esa era toda la oferta de desayuno que tenían. La verdad me parece bastante vergonzo que tengan fotos con fruta, waffles, cosas dulces, yogurt, jugos, etc.. y sea todo una mentira

A localização é ótima, mas apenas isso. Autorizaram o check in antes e o check out um pouco depois, mas o atendimento no geral é bem ruim. Tudo é cobrado a parte, café da manhã (que é bem ruim por sinal), cadeira e guarda sol, até a jacuzzi! E os valores são em dólares! 10 dólares por hora na jacuzzi!! Enfim, não vale muito a pena!

Péssimo é pouco

Péssima experiência, os atendentes nada simpático, a impressão que estavam nos fazendo um favor. O quarto muito pequeno dificuldade em abrir a mala, cama com colchão velho é ruim, roupa de cama mais ou menos. O banheiro sem comentários, além de pequeno me senti tomando banho de cano, pq só saia água no meio, Box pequeno demais. As folhas horríveis, nunca na minha vida me sequei em toalhas tão ruins, além do mau cheio ainda era velhas demais. Não forneceram tapete para o banheiro, mesmo depois de solicitado, papel higiênico de péssima qualidade. A café da manhã não está incluído na diária. A única coisa boa do hotel é a localização.

Banheiro sujo e sem tapete. Roupas de cama usadas ou mau lavados, travesseiro com cheiro de usado… café da manhã precário, meio copo de suco, uma meia Luna (croissant pequeno), uma fatia e meia de frios. Além de não ter variedade, e era limitado não permitido repetir.

Hotel bom para viagem simples

Hotel muito simples, as fotos são melhores que a realidade. Se vai para "passar uns dias" em punta del este está muito bem, mas se vai para "tão esperada viagem" recomendo procurar outro hotel. A melhor parte é a equipe de diccionarios, todos muito simpáticos e prestativos. Hotel parado no tempo com relação a mobiliário e café da manhã quase inexistente

Ótima localização

O hotel é bem antigo e quase tudo está solto, estragado...entretanto, conseguimos dormir bem, pois tem ar condicionado e a cama era confortável. No hotel tem um restaurante que serve alguns pratos, mas não experimentei. Comi em outro local. O café da manhã é bem enxuto. Queijo e presunto, por exemplo, trazem na mesa em pouca quantidade. Não era buffet. Acho que o ponto alto do hotel é a localização. Fica perto da praia, tem vários restaurantes nas proximidades, inclusive mac e burger king, para quem gosta. Para passar uma noite, atende às expectativas. Mas mais dias, não recomendo.

NO VOLVERÍA!!!!

Comienzo por destacar el buen trato de todo el personal (los chicos de recepción, el cocinero y la camarera). Todos súper atentos/as y amables. Ahora bien, al llegar al hotel, nos dijeron que para hacer uso de la pileta se debía abonar por día (usd). Lo mismo para hacer uso del hidromasaje de la terraza, también se abona aparte y por día. Nada de eso estaba aclarado en la publicación. TAMBIÉN NOS DIJERON QUE LA HABITACIÓN ERA CON VISTA AL MAR Y AL LLEGAR NO FUE ASÍ. El desayuno era un DESASTRE. Nunca vi nada igual. Había solo una camarera para atender a todos los hospedados en el hotel. Te iba trayendo las bandejas (porque el desayuno no es libre) de a poco, cómo podía. El horario habilitado era de 8 a 10, pero a pesar de estar 08:30hs allí, hasta que te traían la bandeja para desayunar ya transcurrían 40’. Las cosas se agotaban y NO LO REPONÍAN. Una mañana sólo pudimos tomar un café con una tostada (sin mermelada ni queso porque siendo las 09hs ya se había acabado todo) Por ultimo, me solicitaron los datos de mi tarjeta para reservar aclarándome que NO LA IBAN A UTILIZAR Y QUE ERA SÓLO UNA GARANTÍA. La utilizaron y me cobraron toda la estadía sin avisar. Me enteré el último día. En argentina ello te perjudica sobre manera, porque los impuestos nacionales suman un 60% adicional a todos tus consumos en dólares… lo pudimos solucionar porque reclamamos constantemente para que nos dieran una respuesta. Al principio no hubo voluntad para solucionarlo.

Mas o menos

Seleccionamos el hotel por la piscina, pero resultó que no es piscina sino jacuzzi, y tiene costo adicional. Lo mismo que el estacionamiento, tambien con costo adicional y no es el hotel sino a dos cuadras. El desayuno es malo y poco variado. Una decepción.
